3 beaches; repealing s. 163.035, F.S., relating to the
4 establishment of recreational customary use of
5 beaches; providing an effective date.

7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Section 163.035, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
10 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
