30aScene.com and 30a.TV to Hold Open Casting Call for New Show

30asceneTV SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL, April 08, 2014 – The popular local satire website, 30aScene.com, (http://www.30ascene.com ) and 30a.TV (http://www.30a.tv) announced this week they will hold an open casting call for locals wishing to audition for a new television show this Friday April 11th 7-8pm at “The Bay” bar & restaurant at 24215 S Hwy 331 (at the south end of the Clyde Wells Bridge). Walk-ins are welcomed. The show, imaginatively named “30aScene TV,” will primarily feature sketch comedy introduced with a talk show format. There will also be guest appearances by local personalities and anyone else who can be scheduled, cajoled, bribed or blackmailed to appear. “We’re primarily looking for outgoing, fun personalities with a flair for comedy acting and improvisation,” a 30aScene spokesperson said, “although we are also interested in people with other talents such as singers and musicians. Of course, anyone who will pick up our bar tab gets preferential consideration” “30aTV is not only seen on local cable companies,” the spokesperson continued, “but also is on ROKU TV, Ominbox Network, and is syndicated on large online TV outlets such as Filmon.com so the new show and it’s stars will have an immediate nationwide audience.” When it was pointed out to the spokesperson that internet viewers are actually global in scope, he replied “Yeah, but we’ll be nationwide, dude! That’s pretty big.” Producers plan to film the show at various area businesses—particularly bars and restaurants—and are currently seeking locations. Public reaction to the announcement has ranged from “Who’s 30aScene?” to “Don’t they already offend enough people with their website? Do they have to be on TV too?” For more information about the casting call, or having your business considered as a location for the show, please email us at info@ 30aScene.com or anyone@ 30a.tv.
