Coastal Branch Library Prime Time Program begins David Ott and Friends Ensemble to perform Santa Rosa Beach – On January 19 beginning at 10:00 a.m., Dr. David Ott and Friends Ensemble will present a musical program sponsored by the Friends of the Coastal Branch Library. The program is free and open to the public. Featured will be renowned composer and conductor Dr. David Ott, Robin Horne, flautist, Ann Ngyuen on oboe, Nancy Saleeby on clarinet and Sarah Lambert, mezzo soprano. Robin Horne is a former participant in the Native American flute festival held in conjunction with Ft. Walton’s annual Native American culture and arts festival. Ann Ngyuen is young award winning oboist from the Midwest. Nancy Saleeby is the principal clarinetist for Sinfonia. Sarah Lambert was a Resident Artist with the Palm Beach Opera in 2006-07. She has been affiliated with apprenticeship and education programs with the Metropolitan Opera, San Francisco Opera, Santa Fe Opera, Palm Beach Opera, Des Moines Metro Opera and Lyric Opera Cleveland. This winter program will be the first of eight Coastal Branch Library Prime Time programs scheduled January 19th – March 9th Wednesday mornings beginning at 10:00 a.m. Please call the Coastal Branch Library for more information (850) 267-2809.
