On this episode of 30A Misfits we tour two communities on 30A: WaterSound and Prominence. The two neighborhoods couldn’t be more different. WaterSound is an ultra-high-end (mostly) residential community sitting next to the beautiful Deer Lake State Park. Right next to WaterSound is Prominence, which is a DR Horton product made up of mass manufactured homes and businesses. During this tour we enjoy the boardwalks and beauty of Deer Lake State Park and visit 4 businesses: Nectar Coffee and Wine, Bruno’s Pizza, Sugar Wave, and Super/Mr. Freeze.
