The Walton County Sheriff’s Office and Walton County Fire Rescue would like to invite you to the first-ever Heroes for Heroes Firefighter Challenge honoring our military veterans.
The competition will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2024. Teams from across the region, as well as individuals, will be participating in the competition testing their skills, strength, and stamina.
Teams will compete to see who is the fastest at completing the following obstacles:
- Donning PPE and SCBA
- Forced entry
- Charged hose pull
- Kaiser sled
- Dummy drag
- CPR compressions
