n 2022, Hilton Sandestin Beach announced plans to begin a $35 Million renovation to the property, including updates to the guest rooms, restaurants, public spaces and pools. This March, the team completed the first phase of renovations and are excited to embark on phase two of the renovations in Fall 2023. Phase two begins with transforming the remaining 285 guest suites before revamping Sandcastles Restaurant and Lounge. Also, the onsite spa, Serenity by the Sea Spa, along with the 40,000 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space will be elevated during this time of transformation.
