Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Beach Properties of Florida announced the promotion of veteran sales executive Jimmy Burgess
to Chief Growth Officer.
Burgess will be joining the executive team with a focus on agent training, coaching, recruitment and company growth strategies.

Burgess will concentrate on the training, coaching and strategic business guidance of the brokerage’s growing roster of over 150 agents across Florida’s Gulf Coast. A true local to the area, Burgess is a former brokerage owner, sales executive, best-selling author and an accomplished and sought-after public speaker with a passion for sharing his experiences and knowledge to benefit others.
