Spring in Northwest Florida brings the annual return of the Helen Drake Invitational tennis tournament to TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort. Sanctioned by the U.S. Tennis Association (USTA®), the Helen Drake Invitational is traditionally one of the largest draws in Florida. Players compete for points toward national rankings in the Men’s 40, 50 and 60, as well as all Women’s divisions. Tournament divisions range by age, Open through 80s, for both Singles and Doubles. Mixed Doubles events include Open, 45 & Over, and 55 & Over. The tournament begins on the clay courts at TOPS’L on Wednesday, April 11 through Sunday, April 15, 2012. The Helen Drake Invitational is open to USTA members only, and online registration at TennisLink.USTA.com closes Friday, April 6 at 5 p.m. Central Time.
