Each month, Silver Sands receives several nominations from managers recognizing outstanding employees who go above and beyond every day to provide their customers with the best shopping experience.

May’s Employee of the Month is Alisha Sims of Lacoste. Alisha, who has been employed at Lacoste for over a year, is the top sale performer year to date and leads the visual merchandising team in their efforts to keep the windows and displays fresh. “Alisha has organized charitable donations for Lacoste through her church group,” said store manager, Ryan Powell. “She is a great help and pleasure to work with.”
Silver Sands Employee of the Month winners receive a $25 gift card to Silver Sands and a $25 gift certificate to Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
