As the Gulf Coast enters the time of year when daylight lingers longer and evenings begin to soften, Vue on 30a will introduce its new lunch, dinner and bar menus on February 17, launching at sunset and celebrated throughout the week.
Timed to the moment Vue is most iconic, the new menus reflect a thoughtful evolution of the restaurant’s culinary program, designed for the way guests dine as seasons shift — from lunch overlooking the water to evenings centered around sunset and unhurried coastal dining.
Beginning at sunset on February 17, the new menus will be introduced and celebrated throughout the week with an elevated evening atmosphere designed around the transition from day to night. Each evening, Executive Chef Chris Mayhue will highlight select menu items as ideal pairings for the exact moment the sun sets, complemented by The Sunset Flight, a curated cocktail flight served at sunset and inspired by the changing colors of the Gulf sky. Live music will be featured each evening, creating a natural rhythm as daylight fades into evening.
“Late winter on the coast is when you start to notice the difference — the light stays a little longer, the air feels warmer, and evenings invite you to stay,” said Mayhue. “This menu was designed with that moment in mind.”
