INLET BEACH, Fla. The Sonder Project is pleased to announce its inaugural golf tournament, the Sonder Open, which will take place on Monday, March 9, at Camp Creek Golf Course.

Golfers, community leaders, and local businesses are invited to Watersound Club’s award-winning course for a premier golf experience. The morning will kick off with a complimentary breakfast and a Bloody Mary bar. Each team will receive personal golf carts, courtesy of Pool Captains, before making their way through 18 holes of championship golf, along with on-course contests hosted by Stallworth. Following play, all golfers are invited to The Final Putt After Party and Awards Celebration presented by Auralum Signs featuring cocktails, light bites, and an awards presentation.

The Sonder Open combines friendly competition, community connection, and philanthropy, with all proceeds directly supporting The Sonder Project’s mission to empower and transform lives across Africa.

Founded in 2015 in Santa Rosa Beach, The Sonder Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization advancing access to clean water, education, and economic opportunity. As of January 2026, the organization has drilled 76 wells serving nearly 70,000 people, sponsors over 200 students to attend school every year, distributed textbooks to over 1,500 students, and operates a community farm that supports 1,000 plus people with food security and income generation.
