(Panama City Beach, Florida – After a wildly-adventurous and successful debut in June 2025, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is in final preparations to set sail for its second swashbuckling season on Friday, February 6, 2026.
As Dolly will tell you, this fantastic voyage and its colorful crew of characters combine adventure, acrobatics, animals and all things pirate for a treasure chest of memories not to be forgotten. “What a thrill it has been to bring my Pirates Voyage to Florida,” Dolly said. “We had such a great first season, and now my pirate crew is back and ready for more! Watching families enjoy the show together and seeing how much people love it has been such a dream come true. This show’s got it all, and it’s so much fun, you’ll want to see it again and again. So if you haven’t been, what are you waiting for? Come join our crew!” Dolly said.
The uniquely-exciting adventure that is Pirates Voyage combines the thrill of sword fights, cannons and pirates scaling high above two full-sized pirate ships in a “fight” to win Davy Jones’ coveted sunken treasure. Captain Blackbeard and his quartermaster Calico Jack lead the Crimson and Sapphire crews in this epic battle for treasure on land, on deck, in water and high above each crew’s pirate ship in Buccaneer Bay, a 15-foot-deep indoor hideaway lagoon located at the heart of the 60,000 square foot indoor theater.
Beautiful mermaids gracefully perform high above the water before diving and disappearing back into Buccaneer Bay, while a couple of castaways that include a “Salty” sea lion win a battle with Captain Blackbeard through clever antics and pirate wit. At one point, the entire crew ventures a bit off course and find themselves docked in what they thought was a deserted South Pacific island, where a rhythmic celebration of powerful percussion, exciting vocals and even a fire dancer take center stage. Guests will feel the heat of the lagoon on fire and shiver as skeletons appear from the deep and from the sky. This cavalier crew of characters combines heroics and high-flying fun that will have guests cheering and experiencing thrills around every corner.
In its inaugural season, the cast and crew in Pirates Voyage’ Buccaneer Bay performed seven days a week for a total of more than 325 shows in just more than seven months, including holiday shows throughout November and December. “The response and feedback from guests during our first season was just extraordinary,” said Leah Hicks, Vice President of Marketing for Pirates Voyage. “Families love experiencing our show and having fun together while creating great memories. We can’t wait for more and more families to have that kind of fun and excitement at Pirates Voyage, and in 2026, we have a full season from February 6 to early January in 2027 for people to experience our unique brand of fun. It’s perfect for swashbucklers, pirates, mermaids and more, and the food alone makes the show one-of-a-kind!”
The adventure actually begins in the Pirates Village, where younger swashbucklers as well as parents and grandparents can “Join the Crew” and be transformed into mermaids and pirates before the main show begins. As visitors enter the arena for this Dinner and Show spectacular, guests are served a fabulous four-course feast straight from Captain Blackbeard’s galley that makes Pirates Voyage the most unique place to eat in Panama City Beach. Guests will start this delicious part of their Pirates Voyage with warm Voyager Creamy Vegetable Soup and a Buccaneer Biscuit. The feast fit for pirates and mermaids alike continues with a Half O’ Roasted Chicken and Me Hearties Pulled Pork, accompanied by a side of Cob-O’ Buttery Corn and Matey’s Mashed Potatoes. No meal is complete without a delicious dessert, and the mouthwatering Apple O’ Me Eye Pie will hit the spot. Unlimited Coca-Cola, tea or coffee are served with every meal; vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals are available upon request.
