Emerald Coast Theatre Company (ECTC) and Panama City Comedy are proud to present Comedy at the Boulevard, Friday, October 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Come for an uproarious night of laughs! ECTC presents some of the Southeast’s most hilarious comedians! This hysterical event will be hosted by Amanda Marks and features headliner Jenn Weeks, feature act Nathan Owens and special guest Cameron Smith.
Amanda Marks (HOST):
Not your typical anything, comedian Amanda Marks, can turn the minuscule or mundane into a monumentally funny shtick. Amanda performs stand-up comedy, produces and hosts comedy shows and co-hosts the award-winning Sis & Tell Podcast. She has opened for comedians Jessica Kirson and Judy Gold and was a finalist in the 2022 Ladies Room Comedy Festival at Broadway Comedy Club and featured on the Red Clay Comedy Festival 2024. She has also done voiceover work for Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Squidbillies. Amanda’s comedy is like your favorite bbq brisket, both unquestionably Southern and Jewish.
Cameron Smith (SPECIAL GUEST):
Cameron Smith was made in Texas and brings his southern charm to the stage. Quick witted and with high energy he shares his life with just a pinch of absurdity.
Nathan Owens: (FEATURE):
Nathan Owens is a stand up comedian from Atlanta and has traveled throughout the United States, Ireland, and the UK spreading his own brand of awkward funny. Proud to be born in West Virginia and raised in Georgia Nathan brings his own stories and unique observations to the stage. Nathan has been all over the southeast and opened for Dustin Nickerson, Brian Bates, Aaron Weber, Matt Braunger, Katherine Blandford, and many more!
Jenn Weeks: (HEADLINER):
Jenn Weeks is a comedian, radio personality and content creator. In addition, she has performed in theatre productions and short films and is the official host of the LOL JAX Film Festival. She was voted 2018 & 2022 Best Comedian Jax for Folio Weekly Magazine. Jenn is the curator of UnSheltered Comedy series, a quarterly comedy show at area shelters and transition homes. Jenn’s goal is to provide solace through laughter and charity with her high energy, relatable material and stage presence that pulls the audience in. Whether it’s corporate or private events, churches or comedy clubs, Jenn is sure to leave a lasting laughable impression.
