Costa Family McDonald’s official ground breaking ceremony of the first McDonald’s location in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. on Wednesday, March 20.
Community leaders, members of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce, and fellow Costa employees gathered to celebrate the new restaurant, located adjacent to the Santa Rosa Beach Publix at 2010 US Highway 98. The first Santa Rosa Beach location will be built by Stansell Properties & Development and, once completed, will create 60 jobs for the county and span 4,000 square feet featuring a large parking area, drive thru, and plenty of dine-in space for patrons.
This is the first of two Santa Rosa Beach locations Costa plans to open in 2024 with the second location coming in across from the Walmart in Santa Rosa Beach off West Hewett Road.
