Walton County Fire Rescue Celebrates Fire Prevention Week
Walton County Fire Rescue employees helped to celebrate Fire Prevention Week at Mossy Head Elementary School on October 10th.
Bobby Collins, the fire prevention committee coordinator, along with Firefighter Stevie Foreman, Engine 11 crew, Nathan Hickingbottom, J. R. Arsenault, and Medic 11 crew Melissa Brown and Heidi Roach presented to approximately 134 students from Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade.
This presentation served as one of the many activities that Walton County Fire Rescue participated in during Fire Prevention Week. Representatives were also at the Walton County Fair and participated in fire extinguisher training Florida Transformer.
