When Farm and Fire opened in 2019 it took off quickly and gained an instant customer base, fusing local Southern favorites with robust flavors from 800-degree coal burning ovens. The pizzeria and the Speakeasy are both well-loved, filling a need for a big city feel with local roots. During the Covid-19 pandemic Chef Jim Shirley and his team worked through many scenarios for reopening. The decision for Farm & Fire to take over North Beach Tortilla Co. made great sense, as the latter boasts unparalleled sunset views and wide-open spaces. With Farm & Fire already occupying the upstairs, Farm & Fire Beach will service the downstairs area and beach bar as well moving forward. Guests can choose from burgers, poké bowls, coal-fired pizza, sandwiches, salads and great beach cocktails.
For the time being, Farm & Fire Beach will strictly offer counter service, with no reservations. Hours of operation are 4:00pm to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The upstairs Speakeasy is currently taking a limited amount of table reservations for outside patio dining overlooking Choctawhatchee Bay. Online ordering for curbside pickup is also available at www.farmandfirepizza.com.
