The Scenic Corridor Foundation Reaches Out To Walton County Students
Walton County Students are invited to Submit Ideas for a Public Service Announcement Concerning Litter Awareness.
Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, February 28, 2011 – The Scenic Corridor Foundation is creating a Public Service Announcement (PSA) commercial. The PSA will educate the public about litter control. All Walton County students are eligible to submit their ideas for a 60-second commercial. The winners will be invited to participate in a workshop to produce the PSA. From writing to editing footage, the students will have the opportunity to be led by industry professionals, including award-winning cinematographer Elam Stolzfus. The contest deadline is March 25, 2011. Submissions are being accepted by all Walton County homeroom teachers. Students can enter a video, a written script, or create a storyboard of pictures depicting the commercial.
