“Pinkie,” the special edition, pink E-Z-Go Golf Cart, raising funds for breast cancer patients along the Emerald Coast
Since early October, local E-Z-GO Golf Cart Dealer, Dixielectricar, has been selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a $14,000 pink golf cart. A live drawing for the golf cart will take place at Dixielectricar’s showroom, located at 3525 US HWY 98 West in Santa Rosa Beach, at 6:00 pm. Join them beforehand for drinks, light bites, and a tour of the showroom housing the latest E-Z-GO Golf Carts on the market starting at 4:30 pm.
“We purchased this limited edition golf cart and knew that we had to do something fun with it,” said Colin Gorman of Dixielectricar. “It arrived in the month of October, and as a team, we decided we wanted raffle it off to benefit a local charity serving women battling breast cancer. Fore Her was the perfect fit.”
Fore Her works to financially assist individuals battling breast cancer along the Emerald Coast, allowing those battling to use the money in anyway they need–from paying the mortgage and utilities to taking a last vacation with their family.
“We are so honored to be the recipient of the “Pinkie” raffle,” said Amy Walsh, Founder of Fore Her. “Our organization is growing rapidly, and the fact that Dixielectricar is donating 100 percent of all proceeds towards our mission is amazing.”
This Special Edition PINK E-Z-Go Golf Cart, nicknamed Pinkie by the Dixielectricar staff, is an L6 Express model that seats six and features a 72 Volt Battery, a custom pink paint job, upgraded premium wheels and tires, upgraded high output LED Headlights. Pinkie is one of 250 pink carts distributed throughout the United States.
