Alaqua’a Animal Hero of the Month is Johndra Culp
Johndra Culp is our first Animal Hero of the Month for May! We decided to recognize Johndra for going above and beyond with the special needs dogs of Alaqua. Our sweet senior dog, Daphne, now in hospice care at the refuge, gets to go on field trips with Johndra. Those days are Daphne’s happiest days. Johndra frequently takes other dogs on field trips as well.
She does it simply to give the dogs a special day and make them feel loved. She a is special person and Alaqua is honored to have her as a volunteer
