The Sonder Project’s inaugural golf tournament, the Sonder Open, hosted at Camp Creek Golf Course raised $56,332 for the non-profit organization.
Over 100 golfers gathered at Watersound Club’s award-winning course for a premier golf experience featuring complimentary breakfast, a Bloody Mary bar, and 18 holes of championship golf. Players warmed up for the day of play on the driving range and putting green where they had the opportunity to participate in Putt to Pour, a skillful putting opportunity to win various bottles of spirits and wine. Golfers then received their personal golf carts, courtesy of Pool Captains, and made their way onto the course. Throughout the day, each team of players also had the chance to participate in on-course contests hosted by Esteem Wealth Partners, Heritage 850 Plumbing & Gas, Stallworth, and the Truman App.
The tournament concluded with The Final Putt After Party and Awards Celebration presented by Auralum Signs featuring cocktails, light bites, and an awards presentation. The Sonder Project would like to congratulate the following teams:
