Motherhood takes center stage as art in Best Mom Unfiltered, an interactive art wall and high tea experience inspired by the film Best Mom, taking place May 1, 2026 from 5:00–7:00 PM at Waterhouse in Inlet Beach, Florida.

The thoughtfully curated high tea and intimate installation invites guests to participate in a living artwork by completing the sentence:

“Nobody told me motherhood is…”

Each anonymous reflection becomes part of a growing visual mosaic — a raw, honest portrait of motherhood created collectively by the community.

The event is conceived by local writer and filmmaker Meg Weidner (BEST MOM) and Elle Feldman, creator and importer of Good Clean Wine.

Best Mom is the heartfelt comedy about motherhood as a failure based art form. “The film started a real conversation among moms,” says Weidner. “This installation is a new evolution for the story and the dialogue to continue.”

Throughout the evening, guests will contribute handwritten reflections on custom paper that transform the wall into a storied heart, revealing the many sides of motherhood — joyful, exhausting, funny, complicated, and deeply rooted in unconditional mom love.

The installation is elevated with a specially crafted High Tea gathering that includes a traditional three tier high tea service of savories and sweets, a signature Best Mom Spritz, premium tea service, and a take home teacup gift.
