Originally founded in 2006, Table Five was among the pioneers of private chef services on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Chef McDonald placed the business on hiatus in 2012 to further refine his craft, cheffing in kitchens from California to New York before launching the highly acclaimed Black Bear Bread Company in 2016. An instant local favorite, Black Bear expanded to three locations in only five years and remains an award-winning and beloved brand.
