(Walton County, FL, 04/25/2024) – CR83 Roadway Construction-motorist will encounter lane restrictions beginning Monday, April 29, 2024, as crews conduct a roadway resurfacing project on CR 83. This work will continue until repairs are completed.

Please expect anticipated lane closure on CR 83 from CR 30A going northbound to Hwy 98 between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 PM. The anticipated duration of this project is approximately two weeks. The public is encouraged to use alternate routes during this time.

All planned construction activities are weather dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to use caution and to expect delays when traveling through a work zone and to watch for workers and equipment when entering and existing the roadway.
