An Exclusive Wine Dinner with Mora Estate’s Winemaker Fabiano Ramaci
The Courtyard at Pescado in Rosemary Beach will be hosting an exclusive wine dinner with Fabiano Ramaci from Mora Estate, a boutique winery based in Sonoma County, California, on June 23, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. Fabiano is the only winemaker in California crafting Amarone style wine. Wine will be provided by Vinoveritas Wine Imports. Guests will be greeted with a welcome wine and then indulge in four courses, each perfectly paired with wines from Mora Estate. About Fabiano Ramaci:
Fabiano Ramaci, Winemaker and Chef, has been surrounded by wine his entire life. His love of wine and food began at his family’s restaurant, La Traviata, an iconic San Francisco restaurant and a favorite dining room of the opera stars. Fabiano’s dream has always been to create wines in a method that shares a balance of old world and new world, while maintaining the sophistication and elegance of the wine. He is proud to be the only winemaker in California making wine in the Amarone tradition.
