Emerald Coast Magazine Opens Voting for 2020 “Best of the Emerald Coast
Voting for Emerald Coast Magazine’s 2020 Best of the Emerald Coast has officially begun. The ballot for this year’s award can be found online or in the June/July 2020 issue of Emerald Coast Magazine.
Now in its 21-year anniversary, Rowland Publishing and Emerald Coast Magazine created “The Best of the Emerald Coast” award to recognize various locally-owned businesses ranging from restaurants and service providers to shopping and entertainment. The winners are chosen by the readers and local audience of the Emerald Coast to pay homage to their favorite spots and those who they felt went above and beyond the scope of service.
Readers are able to cast their vote online using their email or by filling out the traditional ballot and mailing it in. All locally owned and businesses from Bay to Escambia county are eligible for this prestigious recognition. Winners will get a listing in the magazine, usage of the “Best of” logo for a year, discounted advertising rates from Rowland Publishing, an award to showcase in their establishment, an invitation to the exclusive winner’s party, and two complimentary tickets to the “Best Of” celebration.
All ballots must have votes marked for at least 20 categories in order to be counted. Ballots submitted via mail must be postmarked by June 20, 2020 and all ballots submitted online must be sent in by June 30, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Both of the online and printed ballot votes will be combined to choose a winner. Local businesses can win up to two categories. Winners will be announced in the October/November 2020 issue of Emerald Coast Magazine and celebrated at the annual Best of the Emerald Coast Event on October 17, 2020.
Rowland Publishing would like to thank this year’s sponsors including Grand Boulevard Sandestin, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Vacasa, Gulf Power Company, Counts Real Estate Group, Inc., Proffitt PR, Idyll Hounds Brewing Company, Trulieve, The Hive Creative Consulting, Land • Air • Sea Productions, and Farmer’s Daughter Vineyards, and this year’s beneficiary The Junior League of the Emerald Coast.
