Life at The Beach is a Lifestyle television show, focused on the people, places and adventures that makes the Scenic corridor of 30A in NW Florida so unique. Utilizing a combination of controlled reality television, interesting characters, informative interviews and excellent cinematography, we will bring a fresh, unique approach to local programming.
Originally from Atlanta, Katy spent over 20 years in Charlotte, NC before relocating to the area last year and she hasn’t looked back.
A licensed FL Real Estate Broker, Katy boasts over 10 years of experience in the field. “I can do it all but, I absolutely LOVE being a Buyers Agent”, she says. “I enjoy really getting to know my clients and assisting them in finding the perfect lifestyle for their needs”. With a theatre and music background, Katy is perfectly suited to take us on a journey of the area and showcase all the things that make this piece of paradise so unique. “My goal is to open a window to this evocative stretch of road, and spread the word to other like-minded, interesting, artistic, beautiful people”.
Katy has also partnered with First Note Entertainment to write an original song to serve as a theme song for the 30A TV show. First Note Entertainment includes a music-publishing firm, which staffs many writers from all genres. They have received over 40 cuts in the past three years, nominated for a Grammy and have the current radio single from country star Gary Allan-“It Ain’t The Whiskey” written by Greg Barnhill, Jim Daddario and Cole Deggs.
“We all just love this song, said Katy. I know it will stick in people’s minds as it describes the attitude and feelings about the area.”
Co-host Hannah Woleslagle, a local artist and sommelier, will join Katy on many adventures and offer a fun perspective to the show. A clip of the upcoming show and a preview of the 30A song can be found at www.30a.tv
