Mojo Sportswear Company to Relocate Headquarters to Walton County, Florida
Mojo Sportswear Company today announced it has purchased a building and plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from 644-C Anchors Street, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32548 to 127 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, Florida in north Walton County. Mojo plans to move its headquarters, warehousing and logistics operations to the new location immediately.
“We at Mojo Sportswear Company are prepared to launch Mojo into its next phase of growth and profitability,” said Mojo Sportswear Company CEO David Harrison. “We have made great progress strengthening our brands, accelerating performance, and our new headquarters work space will be collaborative, mobile, technology-enabled and more productive than our current headquarters.” Harrison, along with other company executives who are residents of Walton County are excited to have the company to come ‘home’ to Walton County.

“The purchase of the former Lewis Bear facility on the outskirts of DeFuniak opens the company to logistics that are more efficient for the future of Mojo” said Tom Pooser, Director of Operations for Mojo Sportswear Company. Local officials are excited to have Mojo join their community and have welcomed the Mojo team with enthusiasm. Instrumental in the company’s decision to relocate was the ease of access to US Highway 90 and Interstate 10. “Walton County and DeFuniak were our first choice for a new location. We are proud to join this amazing community. We have been received with open arms by the leaders of this community” said company attorney Rene Youell.
Walton County Economic Development Director, Steve Jaeger, met with company executives to discuss the introduction of the company to Walton County. Jaeger, who is tasked with developing liaisons with new businesses says, “This Company has much to offer, and we welcome them to our growing list of companies who have chosen Walton County for their businesses. This is the type of company that will be an asset, provide new jobs, and will promote goodwill for our community”.
