Comedy at the Boulevard – Emerald Coast Theatre Company (ECTC) at Grand Boulevard in Sandestin proudly presents two brilliant special shows. Comedy at the Boulevard is a one night event sure to have you in stitches. Come for an uproarious night of laughs October 21 at 7:30 p.m. to hear some of the Southeast’s most hilarious comedians! The night will be hosted by resident funny guy Jason Hedden. Tickets are $30-$34 and can be purchased at www.emeraldcoasttheatre.org.

Jason Hedden (host/opener) is an actor that took to stand-up comedy when his wife stopped laughing at his jokes at home. He lives in Panama City Beach, Florida where he performs regularly and produces monthly shows with Panama City Comedy. He has been seen at StarDome,The Comedy Catch, Stand Up Live, Comedy Bar, Jackie Knight’s Comedy Club, Dothan Opera House and dozens of other venues throughout the southeast. Amber Autry (feature) is a nationally touring Comedian based in Nashville. She is a regular at clubs across the country and has worked with Whitney Cummings, Maria Bamford, Ron Funches and more. Mary Ellen DePetrillo (headliner) is a rare combination of comedian, professional speaker, and storyteller with real-life tales and observations that result in thought-provoking hilarity. Her clean style of comedy has allowed her access to churches, corporate venues, non-profits, and keynote speaking – with 30 years of experience in entertaining from large theaters to small venues. Mary Ellen can quickly adapt to any audience as she reaches right into the heart and soul of comedy; she is funny from the start. Funny, poignant, and a superb storyteller. You’ll shake your head as she shakes your world, touching your heart as she reaches right into the nooks and crannies of everyday events. She knows you, your kids, your parents, and she is here to tell you about it!

Cabaret at the BOO-levard – Emerald Coast Theatre Company will also be hosting a two night cabaret dubbed Cabaret at the BOO-levard October 27 and 29 at 7:30 p.m. Join your favorite ECTC performers for a family friendly spooky night with some of the most popular hair-raising Broadway showtunes. The spine-chilling and humorous song selections will have you howling. All costumes are welcome and  the best costume will win a prize!
