Contractors Connect Lunch & Learn to feature new products, tacos, supporting breast cancer patients
Feeling a little behind on the latest products in the construction industry? Join Contractors Connect and Building Savvy Magazine for their latest Lunch & Learn at Mezcal Mexican Grill on Oct. 25 from noon to 1:30 p.m.
And, because October is breast cancer awareness month, Contractors Connect is set to donate a portion of the proceeds from the event to local nonprofit, Fore Her, which financially assists breast cancer patients in our area.
“This Lunch & Learn gives contractors in our area a chance to continue their education and keep up with the latest technology in their field all while giving back to a worthy cause,” said co-founder of Contractors Connect Erin Bakker.
For just 25 dollars, those in the construction industry can enjoy a build-your-own taco bar, a panel presentation focusing on advances in the latest products, have a chance to win incredible raffle prizes, and give back to those battling breast cancer in our community. Our panel members come from a variety of businesses including ForeverLawn, Specialty Roofers, Modern Air Solutions, Sequel Electrical Supply, Emerald Bay Plumbing, Closet Solutions and Southeastern Sash & Door.
“Fore Her is an incredible organization that does a lot of great work in our community,” said Bakker. “With October being breast cancer awareness month, we thought adding an element to bring light to their work was appropriate.”
