Good Morning, Sunshine!
Hi, I’m Sunkist! You know how the Sunkist drink is colorful, sweet, and bubbly? Well, so am I! They also call me Sunkist because I’m so bright and cheerful! I am a one-year-old female orange tabby who is looking for a loving home. Did you know that 80% of orange cats are male? That makes me extra special! I am one of only 20% of the orange cat population!
Finding the right home is similar to finding a key to open a lock. Sadly, I have never found a family that just fits me. They say a wonderful thing happens when a cat wins a human’s heart. They say the heart opens and fills with love and joy and it’s like you were meant to be together all along. I am such a good girl and I’ll bring so much happiness to a home. I always greet the volunteers and staff and I love to assist them with their chores. I even come when they call me! I am such a people pleaser!
When the right person or family comes along, they will see the warmth of sunshine I have to give and their will heart will fill with happiness! And once you are kissed by Sunkist, you will be in love! Please come visit me at Alaqua. You might just be the one for me. I am still dreaming about a home of my own where I can share my love.
