Destin Commons seeks cornhole tournament participants
Destin, FL (August 1, 2017)…Destin Commons will be hosting their 2nd Annual Destin Charity Cornhole Tournament at 12:30 on Sunday, October 1. The tournament is a partnership with Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center (ECCAC) and Cumulus Media with proceeds benefiting ECCAC in Okaloosa and Walton Counties.
The center is seeking cornhole participants for a double elimination tournament. Compliments of World of Beer, participants will enjoy a Beer Garden with bottomless craft beer, Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Belgian pretzels, wings and corndogs. Spectators can also visit the beer garden by purchasing a wristband for $25. In addition, sets of cornhole boards, painted by local artists, will be auctioned off at the event with all proceeds benefitting ECCAC.
Winners will receive cash prizes and trophies, including a grand prize of $500. Teams of two can register for $100 which includes Beer Garden access, swag bag and t-shirts. To register, go on-line to www.eccac.org.
