Destin-Fort Walton Beach, FL Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is thrilled to announce the success of its second annual CARE on the Coast fundraiser, held on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, sponsors, and guests, the event raised over $100,000 in vital funds to support the Gulfarium CARE Center’s mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing sea turtles along the Gulf Coast. @highlight

The evening brought together hundreds of guests for a celebration of conservation, featuring live music across the park, all-inclusive food and beverages from local vendors, a special dolphin presentation, an exciting silent auction, and unique animal encounters. Proceeds from ticket sales, auction bids, and donations directly support the CARE Center’s ongoing efforts to save endangered sea turtles and provide state-of-the-art medical care to marine life in need.

“We are overwhelmed by the generosity and enthusiasm shown by our community,” said Patrick Berry, Director of the Gulfarium CARE Center. “Every dollar raised goes directly to helping our patients, from hatchlings entangled in fishing line to adult turtles battling life-threatening injuries. This support truly makes a difference.”

Since its founding in 2015, the Gulfarium CARE Center has rescued, rehabilitated, and released hundreds of sea turtles back into the wild each year. Funds from this year’s event will help ensure that the center can continue providing life-saving care, innovative treatments, and public education programs aimed at protecting sea turtles and marine ecosystems.
