Grayton Beer Company Announces Major Expansion
Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. (March 7, 2016)
– Grayton Beer Company is finalizing a staggering expansion. The locally owned and operated brewery recently announced it is increasing the current brewing capacity to meet the demands of their distribution reach.
The brewery, located in South Walton County, expanded its production capacity with the addition of four 120-barrel fermenters and one 275-barrel brite tank. The new equipment increases the brewery’s capacity by over 1,000 barrels per month, roughly 29,000 gallons.
Started in 2011 by founder Jamey Price, Grayton Beer Company has been successful throughout the Florida panhandle for the last five years. This success, in combination with the brewery’s growth, has propelled the company’s launch into new markets including middle Tennessee and all of Georgia. Until recently, Grayton Beer was only distributed in Alabama and the panhandle of Florida.
“From grain to glass, Grayton Beer Company takes pride in the product we produce and the team we’ve assembled to do so. Our recent expansion represents so much more than just the growth of our company. It also represents growth in our economy, which means a lot to us,” said Jamey Price, Founder of Grayton Beer Company.
The expansion in equipment and demand for the classic, contemporary beers has created eight full time positions. Anyone interested should apply at email@example.com
