The local Scottish Festival was born twenty three years ago on the grounds of the Grace Presbyterian Church in Panama City, Florida. With each passing year, the festival continued to grow until finally a search for a larger location began. We are excited to announce that this year’s festival will be held at Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach on March 5, 2016. With all the extra room, we plan on adding even more vendors, more bands, more clans, a tea room and a beer tent to this year’s festivities. We predict that 2016 will be their best year yet
