CD WILLIAMSON KARATE MAKES DONATION TO FORE HER
Niceville, March 14, 2016: CD Williamson Karate recently raised funds by way of a t-shirt fundraiser and donated the proceeds of the fundraiser to the Fore Her, Inc. cancer foundation. Mr. Williamson, along with members of several of his classes, presented a $750.00 check to Fore Her founder, Amy Walsh, last month.
On behalf of Amy Walsh and the entire Fore Her, Inc. Board of Directors, they thank CD Williamson, his staff, the students, the parents and everyone who purchased t-shirts in support of this fundraiser.
«About Fore Her: Fore Her, Inc. was founded in 2013 to continue the tradition of raising money for women located in Walton and Okaloosa Counties (in Florida). Amy Walsh founded Fore Her after her mom and aunt passed away due to cancer. Amy and her family members wanted to do something in their memory and they decided to hold a golf outing to celebrate their lives. The family knew all too well the need for additional money when the women were going through breast cancer and Amy decided to start raising money through golf outings to assist local women with their financial needs. The foundation raises funds for local women who use the funds to help pay for household expenses, medical expenses, a well-deserved vacation after recovering from treatments, or a last vacation for their families.
